The Company’s Board of Directors is as follows:

Chief E A O Adetunji
CHAIRMAN

Chief Adetunji is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Institute of Certified Accountants, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He was formerly the Managing Director/CEO of UNIC Insurance PLC. He has also served as the Executive Consultant/CEO of BAICO Insurance PLC. He is currently the Managing Partner of Adewuyi Adetunji & CO , a firm of Chartered Accountants. Chief Adetunji is also on the Boards of several Companies in Nigeria.

Mrs. E B Awosika
BOARD MEMBER

A Lawyer by profession, Mrs. Awosika holds LL.B. (Ife), BL. And LL.M (Cantab). She had over three years experience in Investment Banking before going into Law Practice. She is currently the Principal Partner of Odunewu & Co. (Legal Practitioners, Patents & Trade-Mark Agents).

Mr. M.A. Olushekun
Managing Director/CEO

Mr. Olushekun is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and The Nigerian Institute of Management. He is also a Member of the Institute of Directors. Mr Olushekun is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission as a Capital Market Operator. He holds MBA (Marketing) from the University of Lagos as well as HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology.

Mr. Olushekun has over eighteen years experience of active participation in various aspects of Investment Banking eleven out of which were spent at Centre-Point Bank Plc. He left Centre-Point in 1998 to establish and manage Capital Assets Limited, a leading Investment Banking outfit in Nigeria. He has packaged several financing arrangements for corporate bodies and governments at federal, state and local levels. In conjunction with others, he facilitated the establishment of the Nigerian chapter of The Investment Club Network (TICN), a worldwide organization with representation in 18 countries.

Mr. Olushekun sits on the National Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange as well as on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is also a Director of NSE Consult Limited, the Financial Advisory Arm of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He currently serves on several committees of the Securities & Exchange Commission, The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has served in the past as the Director of Administration as well as the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria.

Mr. Olushekun has attended several local and international courses, conferences, seminars and workshops on Investments, Banking and Finance. He has also made presentations at several seminars, workshops and Investment Fora in Nigeria, USA, UK, and Canada.
He is happily married and has four children.
